Awkward side conversations unrelated to the job. It had nothing to do with the application and resume I submitted. The only thing that was remotely close to being related to the company was the interviewer's philosophy on how workers at the company should not be there just to get a pay check.

Interview
30 minute interview with their Hiring manager where webcams were on. This was followed by another 60 minute with Principal Engineer. The 30 minute interview was virtual and 60 minute was in person.
