IG Design Group interview questions

Another company that will waste their candidate’s time. I did three interviews with this company—it was a very exhausting and tedious process. The first interview was through a phone call with a representative, the second was a virtual meeting, and the third was in-person. Each interview was someone higher in rank and they were spread out within a week and a half from each other—the entire interview process took over a month. My final interview, the hiring manager was late to our interview and was surprised that I would come to an interview 15 minutes early—almost annoyed and disappointed. She was not well prepared and went to hurry and print out my resumé, she also kept forgetting her questions, and seem to just be making things up on the spot. She interviewed me with someone that was part of the Merchandise team who was more prepared than she was. After meeting the team, touring the building, and even shown “my desk,” as said by the hiring manager, I did not hear from this company for a little over two weeks before hearing they moved on internally. What a complete waste of my time.

Obviously a nice team, open conversation (not looking to catch you out). Asked to prepare a short task and present to the hiring manager. Big focus on working in the office rather than WFH
