Interview
Two phone interviews, one in person interview where I was asked to drive four hours to do. One online test that was fairly difficult and much more involved than the expected work. The offer amount was very low and not very competitive. They refused to negotiate with anything on the offer.

Panel interview. Common linux OS questions. Programming C and C++ fundamentals. Multiple teams interviewed in the same round. HR got back to me within a week with an offer. Started within 3 weeks of offer.

2-3 interviews long 40 min plus. Depending on what countries you are going to work in.(US, Canada, Europe)
Most of HR do not know what are the qualifications required for the job so it makes the interview really hard.
