I was invited for an interview a few days after completing the written test. It was a panel interview, with each interviewer taking turns to ask questions. The questions were straightforward and focused primarily on my motivation and previous experiences. For instance, I was asked to describe my experience with social media, using examples from my past internships. The interviewers were friendly and created a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
