I applied online. I interviewed at IMA (Manchester, England) in Dec 2025
Interview
Fairly standard interview process which included a 1st initial screening with the talent team. This was an opportunity to learn more about the role applied for and any other suitable roles within the agency.
During this screening it was discovered that I might be better suited to an alternative role that was available and agreed to be put forward for that instead.
Next stage was an informal chat with the hiring manager to learn a bit more about each other and ask further questions / learn about the team.
Final stage was a two-part presentation. One part included a specific of previous experience relevant to the position and the other part was to choose an industry piece and discuss it.
This was also an opportunity to get a flavour of the realities of the role and the tea
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IMA (Leeds, England) in Mar 2026
Interview
The process was clear throughout and the people team did keep me informed throughout. This was a 3 stage interview process involving a task at the end which I believe was fair for the role.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at IMA in Feb 2026
Interview
The process had three main stages. It started with a 30-minute introductory call with the Talent Lead to walk through my CV. This was followed by a 1-hour in-person meeting at a local coffee shop with a Senior Account Manager. The final stage was a 1-hour video interview with the Head of Culture and Brand Marketing, which included a 15-minute case study presentation. The entire process from application to offer took about two months.
