I had a disappointing experience with this company’s recruitment process. After applying and engaging with their job posting, I received an automated response stating that another candidate had been selected. Shortly afterward, I noticed the exact same job offer reposted online.
This lack of transparency feels unprofessional and wastes candidates’ time and effort. Clear and honest communication is essential in recruitment, and unfortunately that was missing here. I hope the company improves its hiring practices and treats future candidates with more respect.

Le processus de recrutement s'est déroulé en trois étapes distinctes. En premier lieu, j’ai eu un entretien individuel avec le chef d'équipe, suivi d’un deuxième entretien collectif avec l’équipe afin d’évaluer la dynamique de groupe. Enfin, un troisième échange a eu lieu avec le département des Ressources Humaines pour discuter des aspects contractuels et de la culture d'entreprise. En parallèle, deux tests m’ont été demandés : un test de personnalité pour mieux cerner mon profil comportemental, ainsi qu’un test cognitif visant à évaluer mes capacités de raisonnement et de logique.
