Phone screen, in person all day interview with multiple people and then a phone interview with executives. Overall it was pretty easy, just took awhile to get through. Should have asked more about the company direction and how the team fits into it. The two didn't seem to align.
Very slow process from HR. Slow follow up on next steps. Not clear on JD. Doesn’t seem like they are urgent about hiring and many people I know have the same issue.
Smooth and straightforward process. It involved two stages: an initial interview followed by a more detailed discussion. Clear communication throughout and a friendly, professional approach made it a positive experience.
