2 interviews
1st interview was with 2 people, technical questions, problem-solving questions about pumps and valves and behavioral based. Approx 90 min with chit chat
2nd interview was with those original 2, along with 2 operators and 2 shift supervisors. 6 in all. They go around the table and ask behavioral based questions, no technical or problem-solving questions were asked.
