I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at INFUSE (London, England) in Aug 2025
Interview
1st stage is a one-way interview where you record yourself answering 5-7 basic questions.
2nd stage is a Predictive Index Cognitive and Behavioural Assessment.
3rd stage is an easy Excel test where you have to share your screen with the HR manager.
4th stage is an interview with whoever would be your manager.
Applied in late June, and the whole process took about 2 months.
After the final interview, I didn't hear back for a few days. I had to chase the HR manager, and then I received an automated email with no real feedback.

Tough situations with clients.
How would your friends describe you positively and negatively?
I applied online. I interviewed at INFUSE in Dec 2024
Interview
What started as a promising opportunity, ended up with a rather disrespectful rejection where feedback was refused to be given due to 'company policy'.
The overall process is, as expected these days, lengthy. One-way video interview > cognitive and behavioural tests > excel task > interview w/ the hiring manager > second interview (if needed) > decision. It took over a month to reach the point where I interviewed with the hiring manager.
The interviewers were nice and the questions weren't really challenging to be honest. There were the usual 'Tell us about a time where you had to deal with a challenging client.' type of questions.
I had to chase the Talent person for feedback on the interview and ask for a timeframe on the decision/next steps. After all the time and effort that I invested, I only received an automated rejection email. When I asked for feedback, given the hours that I invested, they recognised that, although important, they do not give feedback on rejections.
