      Performance Analyst Interview

      8 Apr 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ING

      Interview

After the cv selection, there were 2 rounds of interview, first round with 2 seniors from the department and then in the second round the with hr and the team leader. The questions are very basic, the relevancy of my past experience, why do I want the role..etc. In the first round the interviewers talked more than me, in the second round the team lead rarely talked and I had to deal with boring hr questions such as 'what are your weaknesses' or 'where do you see yourself in 10 years'

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

what would you do to deal with stress
