IPA Energy + Water Economics interview questions

It was a long unstructured interview and the interview was interrupted by a senior executive who rushed into the room and started to tell the interviewer what to ask me and tell me how I should answer and then wouldn't let me answer and just talked and talked not about the company but about themselves.

The hiring process was normal if slow. I applied online and this led to telephone and then face to face meetings. The company sold itself as being entrepreneurial environment which is proved not to be. The actual management on the job was at odds with the softly softly persuasive approach to join. Its a company of 'smoke and daggers' but I was unable to spot this at interview stage.
