I applied online. I interviewed at IRS (Covington, KY) in Oct 2013
Interview
In my interview there were 3 people asking questions and then we had to do simulated phone calls and try to figure out how to handle them ~ confusing to say the least.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at IRS (Austin, TX) in Apr 2024
Interview
Very Easy. No interview.
I applied online. Attended the hiring event. They selected 200 people. Sent us and email and we had to answer questions within the email. Wait for a tentative offer email. Accept the offer. Wait for someone to call you and do your fingerprints and take a pic for your badge. After that process i had to wait for a firm offer and that offer let you know your pay and schedule.
