There wasn't an interview. There was an online assessment with the job application. The assessment had several behavioral questions that referenced conflict escalation, ethics, and collaboration. There were also general language use questions and basic math skill questions.

There are different stages , groups and mock calls. Overall it all Can take a couple of months from when you apply to when you start. It can all seem a lo intimidating, but the people there are actually wanting to see you succeed. And will help you when they can as you will be going in at one point in groups.
