Interviewed with an IRS Manager and another IRS representative. The interview was face to face and lasted about 45 minutes. Nothing special at all. Dress was business attire. Long but simple process.

I was interviewed by two people and was given a small office tour. The time it took for each person to write notes was a bit nerve racking, especially because I really wanted the opportunity. I couldn't really tell if I was doing well or my answers were liked.
