ISAM Client Service Associate interview questions

I had an interview scheduled at 3:30 on a Friday, at 3:45 I hadn't received any call so I decided to email my contact. Some 45 minutes after the email I get a call from him for the "interview". The call lasted probably 3 minutes, the person who called me gave the impression to be in a rush and annoyed by the fact that he had to call. At the end of the call I was told I would receive feedback by the following Wednesday. Not surprisingly no feedback was received, they only sent an automated email AFTER I sent a polite follow up email, they didn't even bother to write something. Honestly, in my career I came across a lot of unprofessional and incompetent people, this qualifies as one of, if not THE worst. I understand one can be rejected, but the whole process here shown absolutely no respect.
