Left my resume at a career fair, got an email a few weeks later. They asked me to submit a cover letter but took several weeks to get back to me about scheduling a phone interview. The interviewer talked at length about the position, which I found a little odd. They only asked me about 3 questions and I didn't really get to talk much about myself or my qualifications. They gave me an assignment to do, I completed it within a week and they got back to me a few days later. The process was frustratingly slow.
