IXL Learning Language Arts Curriculum Developer interview questions

I submitted my application through the IXL website and was contacted to schedule a phone interview about a week later. The phone interview took about 30 minutes and included questions about the website, my background, and an exercise where I was asked to analyze the format of a question that might be used in the software. I was sent a written test that involved designing and identifying potential issues with sample questions. I received a form rejection email three days after submitting the test.
