The interview process was originally designed to include four stages: CV submission, HR screening, a personality test, and a UX design challenge. This structure reflects a standard and professional approach to hiring for product or UX roles. However, the hiring team did not adhere to this process. Instead, they selected and extended an offer to a candidate they FELT was suitable for the position. As a result, a process that was intended to take two to four weeks was expedited and completed within just one week.
It was unexpected to observe a company of this scale employing such an inconsistent and unprofessional hiring approach.
