I applied online. I interviewed at Ideal Living Management (Sherman Oaks, CA) in Jan 2026
Interview
4 Interview rounds over the course of three months, and never heard back once completed. No call. No e-mail. Just silence. In fact, I had to chase/follow up via email to inquire about the status of my candidacy or a potential final round, which I was then invited to after a month-long silence due to the holidays. The role was then taken down and reposted on Indeed a month later. The Interview Process: (1) Recruiter screen, (2) Hiring Manager, (3) Department/Team panel with 2 employees, (4) In-person panel interview in Sherman Oaks. Overall, each interviewer seemed engaged, thoughtful, and commended my diverse experience and breadth of knowledge in the SEO space. After all the excitement and being led to believe I was an ideal candidate for the position—nothing. Silence. As the other Sr. SEO Manager review on here states, "very flaky company with huge red flags." Unfortunately, I have to agree with this. I suppose I've dodged a bullet here.

Interview
Multiple video interviews with different departments including engineering, marketing, and leadership of different levels. Then on-site visit for a day of interviews including lunch with the team. During which you get a tour of their cool office and a look at the lab facilities.

Interview
Very flaky company with huge red flags. I applied and was immediately contacted by HR. I then waited more than 2 weeks to speak to a hiring manager. During the interview, I was told by the hiring manager I was being moved on to the next round but a few days later, I received a rejection email from HR at 6PM on a Friday.....One has to wonder if this company's interview process is legitimate. There are serious questions about this company's culture and lack of integrity. IF this is the way they treat applicants, one can only guess how employees are treated.
Thank you for your time in the interview process. We ultimately offered the position to another candidate who was a better fit for the role. Sorry it didn't work out. We wish you all the best.
