The interview process consisted of pre-screen questions sent by email, followed by a Skype interview and finally an in-person interview. The whole process was stream-lined; expectations were clearly managed right from the start. During the Skype interview I was asked questions about my goals and aspirations and how the internship could help me meet the same. I felt at ease answering the questions; it was more of a seamless conversation flow. I was asked to submit 2 references after the Skype interview and before the in-person interview.The main goal to conduct the in-person interview I feel was to ensure that i felt comfortable working from a home office. Moreover, reasonable expectations were set right from the start. The entire interview process was easy, friendly and compassionate.
