      Project Manager Interview

      1 Jul 2021
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Idox

      Interview

4 stage interview process. Initial interview was a call with the HR Business Partner for the organisation who gave a detailed description of the business and the role I was applying for. Questions for me at this stage were fairly general. Next interview was a call with the hiring manager which was a bit more in depth but still not bad - it felt more like a conversation rather than a grilling. Next interview was face to face at the company office and, whilst still more of an in depth conversation about the role, definitely had some more taxing questions. Final interview was face to face with hiring manager and a director - this felt like more of an opportunity for the director to meet me and give approval to hire rather than a proper interview. Quite a drawn out process but overall not a bad experience.
