I applied on Indeed and was contacted by their talent manager. 3 stage interview process - phone call - assessment/role play - 1 hour zoom competency based. It was a really enjoyable experience to which I felt valued throughout. It was very smooth and efficient which boosted my confidence.

Telephone interview Virtual Group auditions 121 with team leaders First two stages went well seemed like a great company not your typical organisation was informal friendly and relaxing . Final stage there were 10 competency questions thrown in to answer within an hour which you’re bombarded with and I feel is abit absurd . I have many years of customer service experience along within the energy industry . I was told my answers were not in depth enough when it seems clearly they were looking for someone who was not over qualified for the role , also little to no probing was done throughout it seemed quite scripted . Team leaders all seemed welcoming friendly and explained everything well .
