Ignite Mental Health interview questions

It was an online interview. The minute it was clear that the internship was unpaid I believe it was clear for me that this position is beyond awkward to be in. They told me that it was unpaid because it is a non-profit organization, which is basically irrelevant. Non-profit organizations try to create this atmosphere that make it seem like it is all for the sake of goodness but it is not, people have to get paid if they are going to be spending days and days going back and forth between home and work. Only the food and transportation costs are 20 dollars per day in Cambridge, MA. I think I made myself clear, so I was not accepted for this great unpaid position.

Apply by submitting an application and then you're scheduled for a pre-recorded, timed video interview. I didn't receive any notification on whether I was accepted or declined. The experience didn't felt organic.
