ImageSeller interview questions

Two phone calls and one in person interview. Nothing out of the ordinary, but I did find it odd that not many job specific questions were posed. Interview was very casual and felt like it was more related to personality rather then qualifications.

I had two phone interviews and one in person Interview with two rounds of staff. One of the interviewers described their work culture as " a dysfunctional family, who gets mad at each other, but sticks together when one team member experiences a tragedy."
