Very simple process, composed by 3 main stages: - overall knowledge of development aspects - cultural fit - code challenge The idea is to get focused questions and answers without spending a lot of time. It also provides the candidate an expected view of a day in Imaginary Cloud.

What would you do if someone from the client contacts you saying that he can't do some sort of operation in their platform? The client is supposed to talk with the responsible person for the project,

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Imaginary Cloud (Leiria) in Feb 2025

Interview

Challenging but quite transparent interview with 3 phases: initial technical assessment, interview with someone from HR and final technical assessment of 2 hours. IC gives a lot of importance to the social component of each candidate.

Interview

The process was divided into three different meetings. The first was more technical and the other two centred on personal and social issues. I identified with this process because you feel that the company looks at you as a person and not just as an employee. The interviewers were all kind and very friendly. To conclude, I can say that I loved the experience.
