The conversation went well and I have more than enough experience engaging with clients/customers for this role since I've worked in retail for 10+ years and have also developed and supervised sales employees for 6+ years. However, once I mentioned that I was taking courses for fullstack development the conversation took a turn and I felt I was put in a box. I was rejected for the possibility to even interview for the role in an email a few days later.
