Imagine Swimming interview questions

After applying, I scheduled a brief 15 minute phone screen. I was primarily asked about my swim experience. Next, I scheduled an in person interview with the one of the site directors and briefly met the administrative crew. I was offered the job at the end of the interview and signed the necessary papers right away to get myself officially hired and set up for direct deposits.

basic questions about swimming experience and teaching skills. anyone can get a job here as long as you swim. low threshold for good instructors because of this. the interviewer i had was very nice, but also not very knowledgeable on aquatics instruction
