I submitted an online application and then was contacted by email to answer some standard role alignment questions [as listed]. Initial communication seemed smooth and direct. However, after sending the answers back, I was ghosted which was highly unprofessional. The update on my application was supposed to be shared within a week, which did not happen. My follow-up email also got ignored. Despite first good impression, it was a negative experience with yet another company lacking basic respect towards applicants.
