Technical problems were a big part of it. Very friendly interviewers. They put value in your outside experience in other fields so talk about it even if it’s from a different industry.

I had a two phone screens prior to the in person interview. The in person was a half day with several leaders and potential direct reports. There were two additional phone interviews for offsite people. The people were fine and the site seemed ok. Got lots of buy signs and was surprised that there was no offer. The big negative was the recruiting staff. They were extremely slow to confirm and would not respond after the interview after multiple follow ups. I found it to be highly unprofessional after spending 6+ hours interviewing over three days for a management role.
