InAllMedia got in touch with me through LinkedIn, and offered me the job position of Project Manager. Everything about this process was extremely dynamic and effective, and done by Skype. After the first contact I was directed to the Content Creator, which performed the first interview; he was very kind and polite, he explained me what were the expectations for the role, and asked me about my skills and expectations. After that, I was directed to a conversation with the Delivery Manager, which showed lots of knowledge and transparency, clarifying everything I needed to know about the company and the client, also being extremely discreet over the client identification. The third and final part of the process was with the HR Manager and the Operations Director, in order to align expectations from both sides. Everything ran fast, smoothly and clear through the whole process. The next day from the last interview, HR contacted me informing that I had earned the position
