After sending a resume and transcript of my grades, I received a case study to solve, that I needed to send back in a form of a short powerpoint presentation. Next, we set up a Skype interview that included: me, presenting the results of the case study (10min), followed by a talk about it and the "actual HR" interview (20-30min). I received the results a few days later via e-mail.
Although I was rejected, the overall outcome I have is very positive. I had another call from the company later on, with a feedback. I received answers to all the questions I had. I felt like the employees respect the effort and time I spent on this recruitment process, very professional approach.
