I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at InGeneron (Munich, Bavaria)
Interview
I applied by sending my CV and covering letter. Response was very quick - I was asked to solve a case study and prepare a 10 min ppt presentation within a week (present via Skype). We first talked a couple of minutes about my background. I then went through my slides. The conversation was friendly and professional. There were some more detailed questions about my approach in solving the case study.
I was afterwards invited to have personal interviews at the office which took place a week later. I had two separate interviews with senior staff both lasting about 1 hour. They asked a mixture of HR, personal, and "CV" questions.
Communication and offer submission were afterwards very quick. The process was all in all a difficult, but good and professional experience.

Interview
The overall impression about the interview is quite negative. I had Skype interview with the employee from the Business Development department. At first they asked me to solve case study and then in one week I had to present the results of my work via Skype interview. At first I was asked some personal questions about myself and then I had to present my work within 10 minutes. Afterwards I was asked a lot of tricky questions about the work I've done. Some of questions were quite strange and made up to confuse you during the interview.
