The interview process was long and involved. It took about 2-3 months from when I first applied to when I finally was through with InGenius as a company. This is not a professional organization. I was offered a job. I accepted. One business day before I was supposed to start work , the job offer was rescinded. I had planned my life around taking this job so this was extremely upsetting . The CEO of this company is not respectful, honest, or reasonable. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
Very simple interview process- applied online, received an email a couple days later for short networking call, completed some practice tasks, and then had a 1:1 final interview to double check everything aligned.

Very disappointing interview experience. The interview was scheduled for 12:00 AM in my local time zone in Canada. I joined on time, waited over 25 minutes, and no one showed up or sent any update. For a role that emphasizes communication and client care, this level of scheduling and candidate communication was concerning.
