InService America interview questions

the call center director was doing the hiring. She called me and had a phone interview. Scheduled a one on one interview, gave me assessment tests, and invited me to training. To bad they overworked her and didn't value her, she left. She was the only real person who actually cared there.

I interviewed with executive management. It went well. I followed up several times in the next few weeks and was called back to discuss salary and benefits. Salary was XXX with bonus. Bonus never happened though
