Question 1
Please describe job responsibilities with your last employer?
An external recruiter found me on LinkedIn and conducted a phone interview. I then had a two hour interview with the HR director and the technology director after which the recruiter called me back and stated I was in the final top two candidates. I would need to come in for a final interview with the CEO/owner. The recruiter warned me they had reservations about where I lived (?) and the other candidate lived closer to the office (?). It became crystal clear when I interviewed with the CEO/owner that before even meeting me he had decided to choose the other candidate for this silly reason. I do not appreciate them wasting my time with this second interview.
