InSync PLUS interview questions

I applied via email and was able to schedule an interview that week. I interviewed with a pretty young guy and we just went over my resume/experience and my professional goals. It was pretty relaxed. The following week I received an email to complete a creative test demonstrating my social media strategy skills. A few days after submission I received a sincere email that I didn't get the job. Overall, very clear communication and quick turnaround.
