I applied online. I interviewed at Inception Marketing (London, England) in May 2019
Interview
It is a long day, but prepares you well and gives you an insight into a typical day. It was interesting in parts and very thorough. They give you a full picture of what to expect if get the job .

Interview
Generally if I did not have a good interview with a company I don't take to writing a review because I recognize everyone has different preferences. However, I wish someone had warned me as a new grad not to waste my time interviewing here.
This is NOT a marketing company although the name would make it seem that way - they are a pyramid scheme. During the 1st interview the interviewer completely lied about the duties associated with role to match what I was looking for, despite the fact that NONE of the things he listed were part of the job. Upon showing up for a 2nd interview/ shadow day, I discovered the job that they want to pay you less than minimum wage (plus a BS commission) to do is wander around Home Depots asking people if they are looking to re-do their kitchens. You are not actually SELLING kitchen upgrades for Home Depot, rather just trying to direct traffic to their kitchen departments. Your "commission" comes from the number of names you can direct to the kitchen department. CLEARLY this is not a marketing role. After 3 months achieving certain metrics, you can be "promoted" to make a slightly higher salary and oversee new hires, if your new hires achieve those metrics, then you can get promoted again to oversee that position (and so on and so-forth).
The management at the company is rude and pushy - if you're a new college grad, save the time and energy - this is not a company worth considering. I made the mistake of considering a job with them because I was desperate for a job out of college. I can PROMISE you, working here will not help your resume and won't put you closer to an actual career job to start your future.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Inception Marketing (Mount Prospect, IL) in Jul 2015
Interview
Brief, 20 minutes. Talk about biggest client as Home Depot. Vague about specific job description other than they use direct marketing processes for their clients. The interviewer was friendly and personable. The office space was rather empty and top 40 music was playing loudly at the reception. Are had lot of construction and not much else around the area.
