      Conference Producer Interview

      27 Jan 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Incisive Media (London, England) in Jan 2016

      Interview

      - CV and cover letter sent online for Conference Producer. - Had a phone call which lasted 15 minutes. You're really able to set the tone for the call. Everything they asked was from my CV (what am I currently doing etc) and other questions are built up on your answers/responses. Then emailed to come into their office. - I thought the interview would be 1:1 but was being interviewed by two people. - Very comfortable and friendly setting. Lasted approx 30 minutes. Everything on your CV, they will really ask you about. Passed this stage and then received a piece of work - 1 week to complete Creating a conference agenda including finding speakers, sponsors etc. This was difficult. Unfortunately I did not pass this stage, but during the 1:1 interview, I had asked the next stages of the process which were getting a piece of work, presenting the work if you pass and then the final interview (which I believe is purely competency based along with the knowledge you have on the company).
