The CEO was extremely rude in my interview made several assumptions, that in turn made me feel very uncomfortable.
Long story short even if i got the job i would've declined the offer due to the intrusive behavior during my interview.

Ridiculously disorganized. Weeks without hearing back, a lot of emailing back-and-forth. I was asked on three separate occasions to come in for an interview, the NEXT day. This is highly unprofessional, as I was still employed during this process.
They decided to ghost me after I told them I couldn't just drop everything.
