Easy basic stuff, but don't take this job it is kind of a scam. To break this down there are thousands and thousands of sales people at this company and they brag about how people will always want to stay and grow with the company the reality is that of 1000 sales people less than 100 will be promoted to upper management well know you say well I just have to be in the top 90% and I can advance sure if you want to work for 50K a year for 3 years with the possibility of maybe moving to management go right ahead. Managers maybe make 100K still not a very good salary also the company will intentionally hire individuals who they feel will not succeed long term at the company because managers don't want to be threatened by up and coming sales people. They would rather hire someone who stays for one or two years then moves on. I have 5 plus years of sales experience and what they offered was insulting maybe if you are fresh out of college and can live of 50K a year in NYC you can give it a shot, but I would never recommend this company primarily because if you are in sales you can find a 10x better position doing something that might actually be fun and interesting not just a job a trained monkey is capable of preforming.
