I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Austin, TX) in Jul 2016
Interview
The interview process was pretty straight forward. Phone Interview with Recruiter, phone interview with Hiring Manager, Video interview with Hiring Manage and team. Received feedback from my interview within 24 hours with a verbal offer. It took some time to go through the official offer process with the background results and reference check but received official offer letter within 1 week of final interview.
Very unprofessional, they rescheduled 3 times and then just followed a script of questions. The script was uninteresting and soured me further on the whole position. Interviewer seemed like they didn't like their job much.
Initial informal phone screen (15 mins), followed by (30 min each) individual interviews with hiring manager, peer manager, and director. I heard back in about 1 week after the final interview.
