I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed in Jan 2019
Interview
I Applied for two positions and was called to interview for both within two weeks of each other. I responded yes when I was asked if I was interviewing for other roles (as both positions were in the same company).
I was informed that the interview process for the second role would be placed on hold until it was decided if I would be extended an offer from the first role I applied too.
After three rounds of interviews, I was informed that an offer would not be extended. When I inquired about the process for the other role, I was told that the decision was for both positions.
Being that the roles were under different managers, I did find this to be odd. The role I interviewed for was also less technical than the one I was not allowed to be interviewed for. So I did not feel that the decision made sense since very few technical questions (if any) were asked.
Everyone throughout the process was very welcoming and pleasurable to speak with. My recruiter was also very personable.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Indeed in Sept 2024
Interview
Interview process was straightforward. Had a screening call with an HR Rep and then a call with the hiring manager. Next one would have been a technical interview and meeting other team members I believe, but I never made it after the hiring manager round.

Question 1
What's your experience working collaboratively with other departments?
Great interviewing process, constant updates and warm welcome to the interview site. Nice package with goodies received given during the interviewing stage. Also received a package with goodies after receiving the offer.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Dublin, Dublin) in Sept 2022
Interview
There was an initial phone screen followed by 4 interviews.
Telephone screen
Interivew with manager
Online test,
Team interview
Senior interviewer
The process was quick enough for the first half then for the last few weeks, there were constant delays on the employer's side.
I was made an offer by phone, but one week later, after I gave notice in my job, this offer was withdrawn based on a hiring freeze from the US. A huge waste of time and not respectful of other people. A messy position to put a job candidate after they've handed in their notice based on an offer and many weeks of interviews and tests and preparation!!
