      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Dublin, Dublin) in Sept 2019

      Interview

Very straight forward process that consists of 4 stages. The first stage is a phone interview which lasts about 30-45 minutes depending. The recruiter I dealt with was amazing and really helpful and put me at ease. Simple basic questions about your CV, experience, Indeed and why you want to apply - know your stuff! The second stage is an online assessment. The recruiter mentions the type of questions you will answer here. Practice for this and you'll pass no problem. I was then invited for a face-to-face interview in the Indeed office. I prepared a lot for this, PowerPoint etc. The questions follow SMART format and are fairly easy once you know your stuff. Also ask about Indeed and their products and how they work etc. They don't actively look to catch you out but the questions can become tricky if you don't prepare. Up until this point the experience was amazing. Before the interview I was shown the offices, given more insights about the office culture and Indeed. After this the communication completely broke down. For a week I heard nothing, which is normal for most interviews. I sent a follow up email to both HR and the recruiter and never got a response. Nearly 2 weeks later I received a call to tell me the managers were so happy with my interview and that I would be great addition however I didn't have enough experience dealing with clients. Overall it was a great experience and up until the last point I felt I was kept within the loop and updated constantly. I found their feedback to be odd as I had experience dealing with clients at that level before but I take it other candidates held more experience. Its still a company I would be more than happy to apply to again though based on their values and how they operate.

1 phone screening 3 Interviews You shouldn't ask how much the salary is. They'll tell you the approximate salary at the end of the phone screening if they think you are good. Since I told them I already got some offers from the other companies, they finished all of the Interviews with 1 week. That was really helpful.

It was a great review process. Everyone I met with was nice and willing to answer questions. I had a few rounds of interviews with recruiters and hiring managers. It was a quick process in just a couple of weeks.

      Interview

I applied online after seeing the opening on LinkedIn and was shortly after contacted for a screen by an internal recruiter. I passed this screen and within a week or so was invited to a first interview, which was a 30-minute presentation followed by some questions with a manager in both Client Success, and the partnered Account Management team. All seemed to go well and I was told I would hear back from my recruiter. I heard nothing for a month, except the couple of times I reached out to my recruiter, who advised that they had heard nothing from the hiring managers, until over a month had lapsed. Then I received a generic rejection email with no feedback, which does not feel fair after my time and efforts.
