Four Stages - two phone and then two face to face. Stages 1 and 2 were with the recuiter. The Face to Faces was first with middle management and then finally with senior directors.

Absolutely horrible what they put me through! I had 7, yes 7 interviews over a period of 2 months. I was asked to create an account plan and had to present that plan. The time and preparation for each interview was extreme, and I was very prepared and professional. It’s clear that there is zero confidence in the hiring manager if they need to have 7 interviews. I have been a hiring manager and know within the first few minutes if I’m continuing with the candidate. It’s absolutely unbelievable that a company who supposedly knows about hiring and what works for candidates, has such a ridiculous interview process. Very disappointing!
