The hiring was on the basis of All India entrance examination called IBPS in the year 2014 ( Indian bank personal selection) in which a cut off was fixed and the candidate had to get that cut off and to be called for an interview. Interview was based on the panel consisting of 4-5 people who will ask various questions on the basis of the candidate's qualification.
