I was appointed this position as part of my PhD work. Therefore, the interview process as not a traditional system. However, getting into the PhD program was quite rigorous. I am in the Applied Health Science Department.

Interview
Well, this is a grad student job, so there wasn't exactly an interview process. I mean, there was an application, which we all knew didn't mean anything because the professors were just going to pick who they wanted to work with anyway. And, like most departments, mine was underfunded and some people wouldn't get positions and would often have to drop out.
