It is good there is written test and telephonic interview . First profile test and they have taken the wriitten interview they ask very basic questions. I have applied for business development executive

they searched you from the portal and then will gonna call you 4-5 times to analyse you what is your mind set? then there will be face to face interview round and it is final round of interview.
