Phone call from recruiter followed by phone call from regional manager only to find out position is 100 percent commission. Job advertised guaranteed salary of 80 Thousand a year. They then mentioned the percentage of each sale I would make and how much per year most employees are making..(100k plus)

Really no process. apply and they setup to call. issue is after their presentation, i find out its 100% commission and no salary at all . setting you up to fail. meanwhile, all sales are theirs. RUN
