I was working here before, so HR clearance was quick. For the interview we just had
one round of Technical Interview with CoC Head, background check with previous boss and casual meeting with Director.

Interview
First got an email from the recruiter asking my availability to schedule an initial call with the hiring manager which was 30-40 minutes. Had a second interview scheduled shortly with the hiring manager, next level manager, and a business partner which was around 1 hour (scheduled for short but call went long). Both calls were smooth, I was asked about my experience, how to handle challenging situations, strengths/weaknesses, hobbies, etc.
It takes 2 monthly to process
HR will contact you through phone and arranging interview section with you.
The interview takes around 1 hour l.

Average difficulty level. Need to know how to convince the panel that we have required expertise. Found the people who interviewed to be friendly as well. Overall it will be a nice experience.
