Infinity Laser Spa interview questions

I first got a phone call from a girl who seemed pretty nice and wanted me to come meet her “manager” for an interview.Upon arriving it looks like that was the owner who she was referring to. First thing he says to me upon meeting me in the office with the three of us (me,him and the girl over the phone) is you look very young how old are you?I was asked if I had a kid and if I was married!He asked me nothing about my resume history or education,he even tried to brush off the school I attended by not even knowing it,meanwhile it’s one of the most prestigious esthetics schools I attended and the girl had to actually explain to him the school and that she had sent two job postings to my school .I even said to fill in the silences how eager to learn I am with lasers and he responds that they’re not a school but they train and he says we’ll teach you and then what?Very unprofessional interview and I would not want to work there even if I was offered the job.

Poorly conducted interview. 1.my portfolio was linked to my resume, which I doubt was looked at because the interviewer kept asking what sort of projects I’ve worked on. Interviewer also asked me to send in my portfolio. Lastly, I was asked, with a chuckle, what was my age. I declined to move further in the process.
